Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Moroccan Ruby is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Moroccan Ruby is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members or neighbors.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
