Thank you for shopping with Moroccan Ruby! We want you to love your products. Please read our return policy carefully.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes all skincare, haircare, cosmetics, fragrances, and perfumes.

Eligible returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, resalable condition.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the item.

How to request a return

Email us at rababmgad9@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Wait for approval and return instructions.
Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace damaged or incorrect items. For a different scent or product, please place a new order after your return is approved.
